Final Fantasy XV has been all over the video game feed. First, the game released. But unlike Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy XIII, XV will most likely not be getting a sequel. “If you do that full sequel model of expanding on an IP or a series, it’s good in certain ways,” said Tabata. Tabata stated that the premium online component is a key example of why it makes more sense to keep things based on the Final Fantasy XV experience.

Ask anyone what exactly Death Stranding is about, and you’ll find yourself hard pressed to get an answer. He says he is trying to apply similar principles to Death Stranding, as the game is intended to be a different sort of war game. My current project, Death Stranding, aims to fulfill this goal.” Death Stranding, however, will be built around the idea of using the “rope” to bring people together. Either way, Death Stranding is still as confusing as it was before, but it certainly sounds like t

Larian Studios has never shied away from having a sense of humor. If you’ve ever seen any of the studio’s many Kickstarter videos on Divinity: Original Sin 2, there’s a delightfully casual nature about the way they do things. This also translates to in-game mechanics as well, such as players having the ability to turn foes (or NPCs) into chickens. The journey of Divinity: Original Sin 2 is constructed almost entirely by the player, as the overarching narrative and game mechanics function more as

It wouldn’t be a normal day if there wasn’t a new piece of news about The Batman. Could this serve as a way for Ben Affleck to still play Batman without having to be in a bunch of movies that may or may not be appealing to him? Masters rep

When Mass Effect: Andromeda released earlier this year, well… fans were disappointed, to say the least. The [second] thing I’ll say is, for Mass Effect as a franchise, that has such a big fanbase, and you know I’ve seen people saying ‘Oh, EA’s not making another Mass Effect’. I see no reason why we shouldn’t come back to Mass Effect. “What we need to be careful though of is, whenever we bring Mass Effect back again, we have to make sure that we bring it back in a really [relevant] way, and in
