企业的“十大”致命风险，你中了几个？

一、10个企业的股东里有9个不知道自己公司的性质跟自己的个人财产有什么关系。
1、实际上是合伙企业，投资人却误以为设立和经营的是公司。导致合伙人之间对权利认知错位，合伙人不知道自己要对企业对外承担无限责任，也就是会追索到自己的个人财产。
2、自以为设立和经营的是有限公司，实际上是个人独资企业。“夫妻公司”“父子公司”以及新公司法实施后的“一人公司”是实践中常见的中小企业组织形式。投资人误以为“公司是我的，公司的财产也就是我的”，经营中将公司财产与家庭或个人财产混为一体，结果对外发生纠纷的时候可能招致公司人格的丧失，失去“有限责任”的保护，比如一人有限责任公司的股东如果不能证明公司财产独立于股东自己财产的，应当对公司债务承担连带责任，仍旧会追索到股东…[Read more]

Microsoft will acquire LinkedIn for $196 per share in an ALL-CASH transaction valued at $26.2 billion! But will MS screw up again this time like what it did to Nokia, Skype, aQuantive, etc? Or were these bad acquisitions caused by Steve Ballmer, but Satya Nadella won’t make the same mistakes?
