Newegg is no stranger to big deals on big games, though what is unexpected is just how far ahead they are willing to discount a game. The “physical” PC version of Destiny 2 is actually a download code, though where you will be able to redeem it is currently unconfirmed. The game will also be getting its own 216-page art book called The Art of Destiny 2 sometime after the game launches. Destiny 2 will release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on September 8th, 2017. After riding into Steam Early Access last month, Clone Drone in the Danger Zone has finally gotten a Level Editor, allowing Steam Workshop users to come up with virtually anything they can dream of for the rest of the world to play. Indie Developer Doborog Games announced the news yesterday alongside a slew of gifs giving an overview of how the editor works. The level editor is relatively simple and straightforward. Using some industry standard movement tools, users can place anything from movin

GOG.com’s big weekend sale is focused around Star Wars due to May the 4th, but if that’s not your cup of tea, the DRM-free digital games retailer has plenty of other games to grab your cash with. The headliners this weekend include Deadly Premonition: Director’s Cut, The Escapists, The Marvellous Miss Take, Slain, and Dust Force, while an old 90’s favorite Alien Breed comes bundled with Tower Assault and is highly recommended by GOG. As always, here’s a breakdown of what’s on sale this weekend o

Humble Monthly is one of the best values there is in PC Gaming, provided you don’t buy up every game that comes out on release. As is the norm, Humble Bundle revealed June 2017’s Humble Monthly bundle headliner as Stellaris, the 4X Grand Strategy game that released almost exactly a year ago. The game went on to break sales records for developer Paradox and to this day has accrued a positive Steam user percentage of 87%. The May 2017 bundle’s total value was $171.90, so all things considered, pay

After leaking and being confirmed to exist all in the same day, Darksiders III has released a 12-minute gameplay video of some pre-alpha footage courtesy of IGN First. The video shows protagonist, Fury in action with lots and lots (and LOTS) of whipping. Here is the video:One thing that is immediately apparent is how interconnected the world is and how different each area looks. Since this is Pre-Alpha footage, it goes without saying that the game is far from a finished product, so if the combat

After much uncertainty, Tequila Works’ Puzzle Platformer, Rime is almost here. Earlier today, the third developer diary went live and gives a behind-the-scenes look at puzzle design, character creation, and game mechanics. Here’s the video:While it is a puzzle game, Rime isn’t aiming to be the type of game that will challenge every neuron, as it focuses more on the flow of the experience rather than getting you stuck for an hour on one puzzle. Rime releases on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Swit

We have been hearing quite a bit about the next Assassin’s Creed game, but nothing official from Ubisoft yet. There was also one for Assassin’s Creed: Origins. I saw some of the tentative artwork for the later a few days ago and it’s the Egypt game that has been rumored to be called Empire. The game is called Assassin’s Creed Origins and looks very much like it’s set in Egypt. There you have it, we might be seeing Far Cry 5 and Assassin’s Creed: Origins at E3 2017.

It’s fortunate then that Planescape Torment: Enhanced Edition manages to eschew any such criticism by the way it so lovingly preserves the classic CRPG while simultaneously offering a few legitimate improvements. As always, let’s take a look at what you need to know about Planescape Torment: Enhanced Edition. Planescape Torment has always been known for its storytelling above all else, and that hasn’t changed. If there is a criticism to levy at Planescape Torment, it would have to be in regards

Right out of the gate, Mr. Shifty is immediately reminiscent of Hotline Miami. The protagonist, Mr. Shifty, is a silent, smooth protagonist who hates guns. Mr. Shifty takes place entirely in a tall skyscraper. The short time with Mr. Shifty is fun though, and simply making it longer would make the cracks show on its repetitive nature. Game length and price aside, if you like Hotline Miami and think it needed a side of superpowers, Mr. Shifty is the ride for you.

With each passing day more and more information on Call of Duty: WWII and this time, we got a bit of information on who the other people are that we will be playing and what the multiplayer will be like! It’s unclear if you’ll spend time as those characters, but it is clear you will be encountering them. Thanks to new gaming regulations, studios like Blizzard are now coming forward with loot box drop rates. One of the most exciting things for Overwatch players to participate in has to be their big events. Thanks to a new Chinese law stipulating regulations in gaming, studios are now being forced to disclose the probability of item drops for any loot box based games like ‘Overwatch’. The normal item types fall into four basic categories: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Now that the actual figu

Yesterday two posters for Blade Runner 2049 dropped, showing off two very different tones for the film. Blade Runner 2049 is getting an official full-length trailer on Monday, but before then, two teaser trailers have dropped and luckily they don’t feature overlapping footage! They are both fairly different and one even features Atari. With the inclusion of giant Atari logos, it’s safe to say that Blade Runner 2049 is taking place in an entirely alternative reality. It’s expected to hit theaters

The popular theory is that the intel points to the one year anniversary of ‘Overwatch’ on May 24th. One Redditor has posted a list of voicelines from various characters that hint at

Earlier today the first set of DLC characters for Injustice 2 were revealed, but at the same time, another set of DLC characters were teased. Now, these could be placeholder put in place to mess with us or they could be upcoming DLC. On the far right, it looks like a female figure with a lasso. On the left of Sub-Zero and right of Black Manta’s silhouette, if you look closely that silhouette has little bumps on their head. On the right of Red Hood is a mystery and the far left is as well (though
