For a long time, since Steam’s olden days of the early 00’s, they’ve had the Steam user forums. They worked like a standard forum website for discussion and troubleshooting for any games on Valve’s internet marketplace. Today, they’ve officially pulled the plug on the forums and now its web address redirects to Steam discussions. Stean discussions may actually be more familiar to typical users of Steam, as they’re easily accessed, located right in a specific game’s page on Steam. It’s likely a n

Two surveys from Microsoft, which leaked online, have done their best to break down just who Xbox gamers are, in hopes of helping developers understand what they are working with. The documents, obtained by Windows Central, reveal what they have found Xbox owners to be, based on a survey. The information was meant to be shared privately with Xbox partners and was intended to help developers understand the types of Xbox customers. A majority of Xbox One owners are 25 to 34-year-olds (28%), but th

Once again, Jarrard is crushing the hopes and dreams of everyone who wants Halo 3 Anniversary. There is no Halo 3 Anniversary,” wrote Jarrard on Reddit in reply to a fan who teased possible Halo 3 Anniversary hype. Now, that could mean so

gamezone wrote a new post, No, Thief 5 isn’t in development, on the site GoGame.com 9 years, 5 months ago
Last week, the company behind the Thief movie suggested that another Thief game was in production on their blog. Unfortunately, this rumor has been squashed by the studio head at Eidos Montreal himself. Eidos Montreal studio head David Anfossi squashed the rumor in one tweet. In 2014 we saw the fourth game in the Thief series release, only to be met with lukewarm reviews. With Thief 4’s lackluster reviews and relatively low sales, it’s no surprise that the game isn’t getting a sequel.

Last week, we learned that the Xbox One Scorpio devkit has a screen on the front panel that displays the FPS of the game that is currently running. Some people mocked it because it seems kinda useless for a machine to just constantly have a screen that says “60 FPS” on it. Windows Central’s Jez Corden tweeted out a video showing a clip of just what else the display screen can show off. So if developers just want to see virtual dolphins casually swimming around on their Xbox, they can turn on tha

For trainers who have gotten to the end of Pokemon Sun and/or Moon, you’ve probably noticed that acquiring Mega Stones is not nearly as direct as it was. Nintendo is getting around this by offering a download code to all trainers so that they can grab the missing Mega Stones. To redeem the code, make your way over to the Mystery Gift panel from the Main Menu. From there, hit Receive Gift, then Get with Code/Password, then Yes, and then Yes again to connect to the Internet. Enter the Code and the
