Although the beginning and the middle of the episode was slightly underwhelming, I was content with the ending of Come to Jesus, American Gods’ finale. You can feel her disappointment, her regret for years past, making you realise how far these old gods have fallen. It’s even more frustrating because in the beginning of the episode Wednesday’s manipulation skills are put in the limelight. Someone’s holding humanity to ransom, and for once it’s not the new Gods.
