gamesradar wrote a new post, Say your prayers, The Evil Within 2 wants you to meet Father Theodore, on the site GoGame.com 8 years, 10 months ago
Meet Father Theodore, who’s definitely more monster than midnight mass with Grandma. “I am Father Theodore, and I am here to purge the world of sin,” he bellows. Father Theodore prefers your old-school mind control, turning innocent bystanders into his slaves. He must have a pretty major role to play in The Evil Within 2’s plot, because Bethesda is being pretty coy about his character. If you want to know how The Evil Within 2 feels to play, check out our steamy fresh preview.

Destiny 2’s Faction Rallies have started. Well fortunately, we’ve dug into the Faction Rallies, and worked out the optimal way of collecting if you’re after pure numbers. Instead, you want to hit the open-world, which has gained a bunch of new additions since the Faction Rallies landed. It’s likely that the chosen location of Lost Sectors will change each week, but right now it’s all about Earth. Public Events, you see, drop four Tokens for normal completion, and eight Tokens for the Heroic vers

gamesradar wrote a new post, SCORN is the fleshy future of horror inspired by Alien, Metroid Prime, and Silent Hill, on the site GoGame.com 8 years, 10 months ago
Not surprising when you consider that the inspiration behind SCORN ranges from Metroid Prime to Silent Hill, fusing to spawn a world that basically looks like it belongs in an Alien prequel. Alien influenceLike the eerily ribcage-like corridors Kane walks down in Alien before he stumbles upon the Engineer, the decor in SCORN has a serious H.R. Billed as survival horror, you’re outfitted with guns and you’ll have to explore to find resources and figure out what the hell is going on. Similar to th

gamesradar wrote a new post, Take a look at the Xbox watch that never happened, on the site GoGame.com 8 years, 10 months ago
This is the Xbox Watch. A thing Microsoft nearly made around 2013 to compliment it’s plans to make a Xbox branded phone. These images are via Suomi Mobiili and appear to show a Xbox branded smartwatch, with a heartbeat monitor and some sort of port. Rumours of an Xbox watch first appeared in 2013 although ultimately nothing was ever announced or seen. Quite how it would have worked as an ‘Xbox’ device is unclear, and that might just have been an odd branding quirk.

gamesradar wrote a new post, Blade Runner 2049 “might be a masterpiece”: Early reactions are in and they are neon-glowing, on the site GoGame.com 8 years, 10 months ago
The first reactions for Blade Runner 2049 are pouring in across the internet, and – like a foggy, neon-choked night in future Los Angeles – they’re almost universally glowing. Blade Runner 2049 won’t hit theaters until October 6, so it’ll still be a little while until audiences can draw their own conclusions. BLADE RUNNER 2049 is sci-fi masterpiece; the kind of deep-cut genre film we don’t see anymore. Blade Runner 2049 is gorgeous, and I still don’t know if I loved it. Does Blade Runner 2049 ge

At least, that’s what we discover in the premiere of the newest Star Trek series, Discovery . Those who feared Star Trek was trying to imitate the new Star Wars movies too much can rest easy (they don’t stay there for long), and it gives us a chance to learn a lot about these characters and their relationship. That said, it only really works if you already know Star Trek and if you’re new to the franchise it can feel a little underplayed. The idea that a Starfleet officer would not only disobey

Game of Thrones season 7 left us with a few more questions than solid answers, especially a big, fiery dragon related one. Thankfully, nitpicker-in-chief and all-round brainbox Neil deGrasse Tyson has the answers. Game of Thrones season 7, episode 7 concluded with the resurrected Viserion laying waste to The Wall with a blue flame. Ever fancied watching an entire Star Trek episode with Klingon subtitles? Obviously, you’ll need an active Netflix subscription for this to work (or ‘borrow’ one from a friend) so just fire up your device and, as shown below, punch in ‘Star Trek’ into the search bar, and bring up Star Trek Discovery. And now those factions are coming back for Destiny 2’s new Faction Rally event, which starts with the Tuesday reset on September 26. What is Destiny 2’s Faction Rallies? Every faction has a special, “powerful” weapon, that will go on sale at the end of the week. Its base stats tell a tale of good stability and handling on top of a solid rate of fire. As for special faction guns that have turned up in Cayde chests, The Number is the most exciting thing we’ve seen so far.

One Destiny 2 player has committed themselves so fully to the strange Exotic Shotgun called Tractor Cannon that it may be the beginnings of a new martial art. Many Crucible maps have open ledges from which careless Guardians can fall and die. There’s a shotgun that pushes people. You’re using up your one Exotic gun slot for a power weapon (which all need that special purple ammo), and it isn’t even the most killer shotgun out there.
