一、10个企业的股东里有9个不知道自己公司的性质跟自己的个人财产有什么关系。
1、实际上是合伙企业，投资人却误以为设立和经营的是公司。导致合伙人之间对权利认知错位，合伙人不知道自己要对企业对外承担无限责任，也就是会追索到自己的个人财产。
